We provide architectural design, construction management, and related consulting services. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of each engagement are defined in a separate contract signed by both parties.
Proposals and estimates provided before a contract is signed are good-faith assessments, not binding commitments. Final pricing is determined during the design development phase, once site conditions and material selections are confirmed.
We target a maximum budget deviation of 5%. However, construction involves unpredictable factors — site conditions, material availability, regulatory changes. We communicate budget impacts immediately and never proceed with additional costs without your written approval.
All designs, drawings, and documents created by WAKA remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, you receive a license to use the documents for constructing the agreed project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio (subject to privacy agreements).
Payment schedules are defined per project contract. Typically: 20% at design kickoff, 30% at design completion, 40% during construction, 10% at handover. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date are billable. Refunds are issued for any prepaid work not yet started.
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We carry professional liability insurance as required by local regulations. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third parties, force majeure, or conditions beyond our control.
