We don’t show you a beautiful rendering and then figure out how to build it. We start from materials — concrete, timber, rammed earth — and let their properties shape the design.

Our design process

• Round 1 — Concepts: Three schematic directions, each with a clear spatial logic and material strategy
• Round 2 — Development: One direction refined, with physical material samples delivered to your door
• Round 3 — Documentation: Full construction documents, permit-ready drawings, and specifications

Why materials matter early

A rendering is a promise. A material sample is a fact. When you hold a piece of charred cedar, feel its weight, see how light hits it — you’re making a real decision, not a speculative one.

What you receive

A complete drawing set ready for permitting and construction, including structural coordination, MEP plans, and material specifications with sourcing information.

Timeline

Typically 8-16 weeks, depending on project scope and revision rounds.
